    I'm drinking a Red's Rye IPA as we speak and, despite not being fresh, it's still super delicious.

    It's the king. Just got 3 reinforcements shipped from akang. If you like beers w rye in the malt bill -- u must seek out this beer ! Probably the best Cali IPA IMO.

    You know what; you are spot on. Although I love Hop Rod Rye and it has an altogether different taste profile than Rye of the Tiger. I only can hope it comes back east.

    It has a different hop bill than Rye of the Tiger- it is dry hopped with amarillo and centennial. It does use a lot of rye (and a bit of wheat), but the hops are much too dominant for me to think of it as rye-forward. I wouldn't call Lagunitas Lil Sumpin wheat-forward
