Heady is best served at 51*F. Not 49, not 53....51* on the nose.

    Here is what I do:
My fridge is set to 38* and my house is set to 67* so I already know it take exactly 12 1/2 minutes for the 16oz can to reach the optimum temperature. I crack it open then, take my first sip, then immediately throw it back in the fridge because I know that by my next sip, the beer would already be out of my enjoyment range.

It only takes another three minutes to get back down to 51* so I'll return to the fridge then, take another swig, put the can back on the shelf and quickly shut the door. You have to be quick about it because if you let the refrigerator door open too long, the temps inside your fridge become warmer and the temps inside your house become cooler. Then it's really hard to know what the exact timing for each sip should be and all bets are off.

Anybody with a reasonable amount of skill should be able to handle this by their second or third try. Best advice I could give is to keep a stop watch nearby. Each second matters when it comes to Heady Topper. Should take between 43 and 47 minutes to finish the can, depending on how big your sips are. If someone has different fridge and house temps, I have a spreadsheet with the adjusted times that I would be happy to send out, just message me privately.
