Best Setting to Drink In?

Swimming in the river or swimming hole or whatever with some good brews and even better company

 

1. Shower Beer
2. Campfire
3. In front of the living room window during a snow storm.

 

In a beautiful backyard, having cheese and charcuterie.

 

Mostly with my best friend Roman while fishing for winter steelhead.

 

The people I meet. I'm lucky to have memories of the people I met. And I have a vacation coming. 2 weeks!!

I prefer the comfort of my own home. No loud noise, a good comedy on tv, good friends over, and I can take a moment to pause and take in the intricacies of the brew I'm enjoying.

Beach.
Outdoors.
Sometimes sitting at an outdoor cafe in the sun, nice weather, plenty of eye candy around.

 

At the top of a peak, dawn, nice lighting, gentle breeze, clean air, nice company, all the time in the world

 

in no particular order:
1. Tailgating at sporting events (especially football games). Nothing like drinking some great beer, breaking out the grill and cooking up some steak and chicken kebobs that have been marinating overnight.
2. On my screened in florida room: this is probably my most prevalent place i drink. it has vinyl windows all the way around, whehter it is 30 like today or 100 like summer time, it is still enjoyable. Whether it is just relaxing by myself, having friends over to grill and watch sports, or having coaches over after a huge win for our high school football team, I love drinking on my porch.
3. Golf course: nothing beats a jai alai and its variants to quench your thirst on a golf course.
4. with my dad: althought he does not drink a lot of good beer, i have had the chacne to just sit and drink good beer with him, while he drinks his hot buttered rum, or screwdrivers. This is more about memories than it is location of drinking beer.

Anyhow, those are my favorite places to drink a beer!

Mid season evening baseball game. It may be 8 bucks for a beer but goddammit the memories are priceless.

 

In no particular order because let's face it, it's all good
Near water,fresh or salt, deck, pier, boat, beach, pool
Patio or decks with family & friends, with or without a fire but a lighter for the cigar can count
With my Son while making hombrew, and a cigar
Mancave bars but public bars are quite acceptable especially outdoors near water
