If I'm being introspective I like sitting by my fireplace with a high ABV beer. For a good session brew I prefer my sofa in my basement while watching my favorite sports team. And if it's with conversation, I prefer my deck on a warm evening.

I figured every one had growler coolers( Bristol Brewing CO) like I bought back in CO many years ago. There's enough insulation in them you just zip those babies up & lay them on the floor.

Got to keep an eye peeled for the beach patrol though...

Been lucky enough to drink great beers in some great places.

Generally beer at great bar with great beer culture is great. You can't really beat great beer at the source or close by.

Drinking with people you care about makes it that much better. Some of my best memories were just knocking a few back after work bullshiting & solving the world's problems with my co-workers

Now & Here: I love drinking a few on my front porch overlooking the lake. Once it's gets too hot or cold, the firepit, hot tub(love looking up at the heavens) or a trip a spring-fed river beckons.

In general, short of dropping me in the middle of a firefight, I will probably pretty damn happy with some good beer & or company no mater where...

Best setting is either with friends as we split and enjoy various beer selections or during warmer times of the year, on my front porch in the early evening letting the grind of the day, wash away with every sip.

Depends on the season. Right now, I'm having one while sitting in my easy chair in front of the fireplace. Nice weather, outside here, on vacation, or out on the lake at my in-law's A couple times a year, having too many while out with my old friends.

    2. In a boat on the lake on a summer evening.
    3. On an easy chair inside a storage unit in the woods just outside Branson, Mo.

In NC, I used to love drinking beer on my deck in October with the leaves falling and the smell of wood burning in the air. Temps in the upper 50's. Now I have to settle for drinking at the beach or on my tiny ass porch when the temp MIGHT get below 60.

Did not know that... Most of my beach time lately has been up in NC near Kure Beach, where beer is verboten according to their signage...

Others have mentioned it... but the deck out back (during spring, summer, or fall) is my favorite place to enjoy a craft brew.

Beaches and pools are very can specific, just no glass.

I love that a few people have said "shower beer". I had one the other night and remembered how great it is. Its best after a long hard day of work.

Went to Eleuthera this past summer for a few days. Beer was $1 and a big bottle of local rum was $8. It was a nice place to drink a few local beers.

This was their version of a malt liquor. Thought it was much better than most I've had here.

    Went great with cracked conch

We brought some pool floats and took them with us. Had to get the ones with beer, I mean cup holders. Got in on one end and floated down to the other end. Maybe saw 5 other people there all three days.

This was at the bar across the street from the airport, about the size of my house (which is 1,400 sq ft). We asked when we needed to be back, they said when we saw the plane land. Sat over there and downed 4 in 30 minutes. The flight back was nice. 8)

Hope to go back soon. Cheers y'all
