Excellent beer! Are they still brewing the mosaic version, or is it still the first batch I am seeing lately?

I heard recently from a brewer who is friends with a brewer at FFF (who saw Ferris pass out at 31 flavors) that Zombie Dust is now "mostly" Citra. Take that for what its worth, I have little reason to doubt the validity of the statement.

According to the Stone website Ruination is Magnum, Chinook and Centennial.

I'm sorry, not readily available outside of Chicago, but Pipeworks Amarillo Ninja is just phenomenal. had a bomber when I was there and have been dreaming of it ever sense. I would be interested in their other one-hop variations.

Magnum and Chinook are likely the bittering hops, Mitch has mentioned that they change their bittering hops from time to time depending on what is best. My point was that Centennial is the only variety used late or dry hop and therefore Ruination should be very representative of the variety. Virtually all of the essential oils contained in the bittering hops would have volatilized by the end of a 90 minute boil.

Mikkeller does a whole line of single hop beers.

@TommyLiam, You beat me to it. There's been the entire Mikkeller single hop series collecting dust on the shelf at my local beer store. I've wanted to try them, but they're 5-6 dollars a piece, and they've been there for over a year or two, untouched.

I think it's a yearly seasonal. This time was with mosaic and a single malt as well. next time is supposed to be a different pairing.

Bell's Two-Hearted, obviously. Is Sublimely self-righteous a single hop? I thought i heard once it was all Chinook,

SNPA has more than Cascades, look at their web page.
Founders Centennial apparently uses Warrior for bittering.
    Two Hearted is correct.

Still confused on this one. I had some from two different bottles, both had the nose of a lager!

That's pretty much the condition they're in at my local Total Wine. They're marketed in a way that makes you want to do a flight but I'm just not willing to pony up $50 or so to do it, especially with a dubious amount of retail shelf age on them.
