Best stops in the tri state area

    I am going to be in Dubuque tomorrow and wanted to know the best stops. I'll for sure be stopping at family and vans in east Dubuque. I'm still wondering what the best beer stop in Wisconsin would be, I'm not looking to drive too far into the state. Food recommendations would also be appreciated, thank you.
