Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Stout and Central Waters Cassian Sunset Bourbon Barrel Stout. Based on BA rating, these are 93% and 96% (respectively) as good as BCBS for less than 1/3 the price.

Another vote for Victory at Sea, although labeled a porter it drinks like a stout imo. I'd easily choose it over most every flavor-of-the-day coffee stout. Can't go wrong with Old Rasputin either. Both should be fairly accessible as well.

Say yes to Yeti as well. It's amazing IMO for a non-BA stout.

    Everything above plus....
Cumbre Malpais Stout if you want to try a "foreign export stout" style - a little heavier (7.5%) but not aged, not barreled. Yes. I love it.

Foreign Export is where the style truly shines, imo. I only wish there were more of them available.

Hunahpu's was the best I've had but Founders Imperial is always good. I also like That's What She Said

Speedway and all its variants. I also dig Breakfast Stout, and Old Rasputin. Just had Old Rasputin BA, it was outstanding.

I haven't had anything that is at that high of a level except mornin delight, and it's my favorite beer ever.
For easier to trade for beers definitely get a speedway and BA speedway. BA Siberian night, regular Siberian night is also great, darkness, caffe Americano, and for an easy to find stout dark truth stout. I know none of those are on the level of the beers you mentioned but they are all excellent.

Siberian night and the BA version hardly ever get mentioned and they are both awesome. Hopefully I can find more of the BA next time I'm in Indiana.

Big Ricc is crazy underrated, I could see it being one of the new favorite shelf stouts if tall grass can get wide enough distro.

BCBS is one of my faves, specifically when it came in 12's. 500 ml is too much especially when it is INFECTED!

I'll get a lot of hate mail for this one, but I drain poured Huna and Dark Lord. Too much soy sauce for me. Funny because the variants were dope!!
