What are the best styles for aging. I have read Imperial Stouts are a great choice, but Imperial IPA's are not...any suggestions?

Typically stouts, barleywines, lambics and a few others do well with hits and misses in each style. I would stay away from hoppy styles if you like hops as they will fade. The general rule is, most beer is better fresh and aging a beer will change it, not necessarily make it better. You may find that you don't like the changes and realize you wasted a lot of good beer. Or you might love it. Enjoy the journey.
