Saw a similarly-titled thread in Beer Talk, but looking in the thread, I realized that the conversation was virtually useless for anyone New York-based. Prices in this city on beer are so disproportionately higher than anywhere else I've ever been in the country, and looking at that thread, I'm not sure there are many places that can compare.

As such, it seems it would be an interesting comparison thread here.

    So...

What are your best-value, go-to beers at NYC prices?

Try to quote what you pay for per bottle, pack, or case. Bonus points if you can put a price to a location.

My go-to is Sixpoint's Righteous Ale at $9.99/4pack, though I do enjoy a 17.99/12pack of Sierra Nevada cans. Those are Fairway prices.

Whenever something decent comes on at the Duane Reade Growler Bars. 5.99/32oz 8.99/64 oz. is unbeatable. Ive been able to get Flower Power, Brown Shuggah, Perpetual, etc. from them.

The new Long Trail Double IPA 12oz bottles are a steal at $8.99/4pk.. My new go-to DIPA. Damn good too!

Oh, and I almost forgot, many Victory brews.. Imperial Storm Trooper and Hop Wallop, specifically.

Oops, was mixing up the brews in my head... Yes, I was referring to Storm King. One of my favorite imp stouts.. fresh it might even be considered a black IPA, it's that hoppy!
