best website to buy beer

    i wanted some help, was wondering if there is anywhere i can order beer online.

    *.com has outrageous prices and was wondering if theres another alternative.


    i hope me asking this is within the rules of this website, if its not i apologize.

    letspour.com and craftbeerkings.com

    I've had bad experiences with letspour.com, they sent me a 3 year old bottle of double IPA and I think they gouge you on the prices a little too. craftbeerkings.com is the way to go.

    I've heard good things about craftbeerkings.com although I've never bought online so I don't know from experience.

    founders i can't get, mikkeller i can't find, evil twin i can't find anymore. bruery products.

    I use craftbeerkings.com, just have to keep checking in to find a beer you want in stock. craftshack.com looks like it has a decent selection, but I have never ordered from there though.

    Don't go by the website though, there isn't much....but sign up for the newsletter and you'll get an updated list once a week. They always have various offerings from Russian River, as well as a ton of other stuff, and they're a pleasure to deal with.

    :confused: Those are all available in NY- why pay shipping?

    ETA: if you need places to find them, you can always ask for assistance on the Mid-Atlantic board. Hopefully you will get steered in the right direction.

    I've used Craftshack a few times. Be careful with year round IPA's though, I've bought 2 that were 6 months old. They get some very good and hard to find beers, but they go very quick. The prices aren't too high, but they have a $35 minimum.

    and work in manhattan live in queens, play in brooklyn.
