Isn't La Fin du Monde made with wheat malts? That's my vote if so.

Allagash White, Hitachino White, Three Floyds Gumballhead, Lagunitas Lil' Sumpin' Sumpin' and Sumpin' Wild, New Glarus Dancing Man, Crack'd Wheat, Berliner Weisse, and Imperial Weizen, The Bruery White Chocolate and White Oak, New Holland Pilgrim's Dole, Bells Wheat Love, and, of course, the reigning champ, Weihenstephaner Hefeweizen are all excellent choices as well.

Pish and tish to Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier. It's very run-of-the-mill in my opinion. I imagine there's much better stuff in Germany that most of us don't know about.

My favorite wheats are typically hop forward: gumballhead, lil sumpin sumpin, and akari shogun. All three are excellent IMHO.

I never see this beer get much love, but for run of the mill weiss beer, Konig Ludwig Weissbier. From bottle it might be old, but on tap it is slammin'.

It is made by the family that had the monopoly on wheat beer in Germany, eons ago.

Tallgrass' "Halcyon" wheat. It's tasty as hell. Tallgrass doesn't play around.
