So aside from Kona and drinks with umbrellas - what great craft beer is available in Hawaii?

No one has mentioned the great La fin Du Monde or Unibroue's beers-all excellent and widely available

For an IPA, Stone Go To has earned my respect for a widely distributed beer.

Stone, Lagunitas, New Belgium, Goose Island, Firestone Walker, and Sierra Nevada seem to be pretty available across the country... maybe even Deschutes and Ballast Point?

Stone, Lagunitas and for half the country, Bell's.

let's discuss with this parameter "widely distributed" really means:

    1. the brewery has the capacity to keep up with demand from a great size geographic area so this is a huge brewery.
    2. the brewery has the economic means to jump through myriad regulatory hurdles thrown before it by a wide variety of states, so this is a huge brewery
    3. the brewery has either existed for a long enough period of time to accomplish 1 & 2 above or has the backing or ownership by an already existing national brewery chain. so again this is a huge brewery.

so the question really is what's your favorite huge brewery?

Huge Founder's fanboy here, but I just tried New Holland's Mad Hatter with the new recipe and was blown away by how good it was. May be the best widely distributed (30+ states) IPA I've had in a long, long time.
