I started cellaring brews in our crawlspace over the winter.....worked great, stayed a steady 48-50F. Now summer comes, and the outside temps have hit the 80's and the crawlspace is up to about 69F. I have a fridge in the garage that could hold most of the stash, but it will be a little on the too cold side at 40F. Which is the better option here?

69 isn't bad( for beer or relations with your woman)!

My take is higher the temp the quicker it ages, I would stay away from 75+ temps. My garage fridge is set at 45 and it's on a timer, off from 12-3am to save a few cents.

I'd advise the fridge. Cold temp won't hurt the beer at all.
