Bev warehouse heady sales

At LEAST an hour before opening. First 5 people get a case, everyone after a half and you might be allowed to go through twice. Chances are if the line is long you will only get a half.

Also if the line is giant they might even divy it up to just four packs, especially if its an event weekend.

I'd plan accordingly

 

I don't think even 8AM did it this past week (30-35th in line at 8:40), but the half cases were a nice treat.

 

I was there this past saturday and I got there at 730 am, I was 11th in line. The people who were within the first 5, got there at 530am I believe they said. I imagine with the Brewfest this weekend it will be crazier than normal

Can anyone shed light on how early to show up for a case of a Thursday?

 

I wonder why this isn't listed on the Alchemist web site?

 

To prevent too many people from Vermont in the line. Save the cans for people who drive more than 300 miles! Of course, just joking buddy. Cheers!

 

I am all for out of staters coming to VT, spending money and having a good time. To the victor goes the spoils (living on one side or another of a state line does not qualify or disqualify someone from buying a beer). But everytime somebody posts asking about Heady Topper, someone inevitably responds with a snarky or helpful link to the Alchemist. My point is that beer availability is fluid (pardon the pun) and all the information is not available. Nothing wrong with helping each other out.

 

Anyone know how soon a place like this gets it after canning? Also is it weekly?

 

Heady is delivered to all accounts with in a few days of canning. bevi has a few scheduled heady release times a week check their site for the schedule

 

I'm going to be in Burlington this coming Wednesday afternoon - Friday morning (from Ohio). From my quick review of the Alchemist / Lawson's websites, it looks like BW gets Heady on Thursday/Saturday and Lawson's on Friday. For you seasoned vets - I'm trying to bring home a case of each. What is the best plan to get this achieved. I checked them out on Facebook and they appear to get this stuff pretty frequently.
