Hello. I have a 10 gallons kettle right now, i can make 5 gallons of beer with no trouble but now im thinking of 10 gallons batches, what kettle size do you guys recommend for a single vessel BIAB? And theres any brand or kettle model you might recommend?

I have a 44 quart kettle to do 5-gallon electric BIAB batches. The manufacturer calls for a 62 quart kettle to do 10 gallon batches at 1.060 OG. I don't think you need a particularly fancy kettle to do BIAB, but volume for holding more grain will be important if you want to make higher gravity worts (I'm not sure about the 1.060 limitation; I've gotten to 1.085 or so with mine, but at some point it will limit). The Bayou Classics are no-frills, but sufficient. The basket insert that comes with these systems is nice for giving you something to hang your bag on. With the electric system, the basket sits above the heat coil. Without the coil, I think it would sit on the bottom. That would probably scorch or melt your bag, but you could pretty easily engineer a way to hold the basket off the kettle bottom to keep this from happening.

I have a 10 gallon MegaPot. It holds the temp pretty well.
