Have not seen a thread dedicated to Big Alice. Just had my first two from them this weekend and was impressed... White Coffee Stout - on tap. not very stout-ey, but very coffee-ey. Reminded me of a less hoppy Founders Pale Joe. Sour One - canned (I assume their first one). Impressive. Seems like they have 3 core beers and the rest are one-offs with some pretty experimental ingredients.

Kind of wrote these guys off after having a number of awful beers from them (their donut stout was legitimately one of the most horrible beers I've ever had). Thought the White Coffee Stout and Honey Wit was just okay when I had them maybe a year or so ago. I'll give them a shot again when I see them on tap locally.
I visited the brewery in December 2015 and did get an amateurish/homebrew vibe from their beers, but I like that they're doing something different and a bit nutty. I hope they succeed in the long run with their current formula and that the beers keep improving. I haven't had a beer since 2015, so I couldn't even say how they taste now, but I'm willing to pay a visit and see.
I just started frequenting LIC more regularly, and intend to check out their brewery soon. I want to try the White coffee stout.. Also, that 3rd Anniversary thing seems cool. Usually there is a price tag associated with them, if they're all you can eat/drink. Is there a cover?
Anyone know if the Jalapeno Rye Aged On Tequila Oak beer they make is available in bottles at brewery or somewhere else? They were serving it at Beer Advocate festival this weekend.
