    I was thinking the same thing W/ this batch # 55 . More so than last years batch's I had.! I have a few batch's from last year #32,36,38 In a few weeks I plan to do a Vert ! I do enjoy this Texas batch #55/ It may calm down W/ the coffee with time.? Cheers !
