Texas geography is weird. Lubbock is West Texas...but not really "west" Texas which is where Big Bend is.

Lubbock is really nowhere near Big Bend Brewing. It also is not distributed up there at all. Hell, I don't really know anywhere that Big Bend is really distributed to outside it's direct area and towns.

Source: I tend to spend way too much time in Lubbock due to in-laws.

Big Bend is trying to make it in El Paso by Spring I believe. So maybe the get in the panhandle by... 2016?

    They already are canning.

I would expect SA in the near future. But, who knows.

    Their porter is excellent.

Their hefe and porter are great as was the ipa. I visited the brewery a few weeks ago and they really impressed me. Would I trade for their beer? No, but I'd buy it regularly if I could.

BIG SKY COUNTRY MAN! It's beautiful out there! Wish I could try their beer. Really been wanting to try their porter for a while.
