Gentlemen, I hope I can come to your town, soonish (next year or so), and share a tasty beverage with you at Kettle House or any other location that you deem appropriate. It has been 7 years since I have been there.
And to this thread, I have a 2010 that I intend to open at a tasting next week with a small, local bunch of good folks.

 

We welcome you with open bottles. The '10 is very good right now. Are you coming here for school?

 

I am in what should be a terminal degree program here in Indiana, but there is always a post-doc . I want to come there because it is great place to take a fresh breath of mountain air and the people were incredibly friendly to me.

 

ya, i noticed those reviews too, but no one else has mentioned it, so i wondered if i was just way off. i must have just had a bad one. i'll give it another shot sometime.

 

Ivan '10 was one of the top 3 bottles I had all last year. A fellow attendee at a tasting last weekend was nice enough to pop one, and it was still drinking spectacularly. Excellent beer--can't wait to try 2012!

06 Chardonnay Barrel Tripel was best beer ever from Big Sky.

 

Just got a bottle of the All Souls Dark Tripel on Thursday. It's very good!
