big sky- olde bluehair

    Hey guys and gals. I'm looking for a little insight on a bottle I just recieved... the bluehair is a 750ml wine style bottle with silver foil. There is no vintage markings on it and I was trying to find out what year it was before I crack into it in a couple weeks with a friend. Thanks for the input! Cheers

    Looks like 1800 bottles in 2008, 3000 in 2010 and 2011, and 3240 in 2012. Perhaps you can figure out the vintage based on the bottle number.

    That was the first release.. they don't foil anymore just c&c.. damn good beer. Highly under rated imo

    I just opened a 2011 a couple weeks ago, indeed, great beer.

    Not quite. I have a 2007 bottle with gold foil, no bottle count listed on it either.
