It's really good, especially when stored upside down. Don't ask why, but the Big Sky 750s just seem to have the perfect amount of headspace when stored upside down to let the bottle condition. It hasn't hit anywhere yet but we had a preproduction bottle on Saturday and it was very nice.
Since you seem to have an in, is this being distributed? Always welcome another good wheatwine on the shelves here in MN.
Not sure of batch size on this one, but if I had to guess, it'd be 1200 or so. Not sure if this will make it very far. I don't have a real in at all, just drink with a guy who works there a few hours a week.
