On its flip side, being on vacation with my family, my son with autism is having a hard time getting regulated, and we're just trying to have a beer at a name brewery for probably the only time in our lives. What is your minutes of inconvenience is my day to day life. Just saying. There's always a story. Take it from a moral relativist.

My biggest pet peeve has to be when I drink too much and feel like shit the next day.

If I brought my Walker Hound Otis into any establishment, he would have something to say-to everyone. I wouldn't take him- he would get bored- but if I did, everyone but the hardest of hearts would love him. He scans the sky looking for fast moving clouds, airplanes, and always for a waxing moon. He is a great friend and scary smart.

Holy crap, 85? I consider 4oz the minimum I need to drink to review a beer, and that would be equivalent to almost seven 12oz 4.2% ABV Buds. The sacrifice I must go through to review a beer for my fellow carbon units!

Places that do not have an accurate beer list or one at all. I doesn't expect the wait staff to remember them all and usually they are only able to rattle off the normal stuff or they just tell you that they have everything. This is far too common.

If I can, I try to walk past or over to the bar to see what they have. Just yesterday I did this at Buffalo Wild Wings, their beer list was fairly accurate but they did have some winter seasonals on when the list had Octoberfests. I was able to go over and look and decide before our server came by for our order. Ordered a winter that wasn't on the list.

Ha ha this. I had cut way back on beer and then decided to kill it totally (two weeks without a single beer) and I don't feel quite as good as I thought that I would yet.

Wait staffs that know very little about the beers they are serving. My wife and I went to dinner the other night and the bar had about six local craft offerings. I ordered an IPA. The server brought an amber from a different brewery. The tab listed my beer as Bell's Oberon. I didn't say anything as the amber was quite good.

My only PP is when a store refills a cooler with beer that's been sitting on the floor that was delivered in a refrigerated truck.

My biggest pet peeve, right now, is that I’m at a wonderful craft beer bar, Gingerman NYC, that has 72 awesome beers on tap. My pet peeve is that I don’t have the money, stomach and liver to try all of them!

So, all beer should always be in the fridge and we should just totally nix having beer on shelves?

To finally find my highly sought after IPA only to see the bottle date three and a half months old

I will assume they meant it's because it was refrigerated, allowed to warm up, then refrigerated again. I agree, that's annoying and I saw that happen at a store where a DIPA was kept refrigerated and then moved from the cooler to the floor, when you touched them they were half cold and sweating a bit. For hoppier beers it is best to keep them cool but I would guess that cold/warm/cold isn't the best for it.

Works for me (in an ideal world, anyway). If the retailer needs room in the cooler, they should feel free to stock the macro AAL's, light beer, FMB's and cider on the floor, warm.

Sure, might not work for the retailer or it's electric bill but before they go out of business, I'll be their steady customer.
