Biggest Grapefruit Bomb?

    I haven't tried a lot of the big name IPAs...Sucks, Abrasive, and the like.

    But Odell IPA is probably my favorite go to beer (price, availability, quality), and it has a very balanced grapefruity hop profile.

    I'll definitely put in another vote for Smuttynose Finestkind. I think part of what lends to the comparison is the beer's bitterness, which gives it that pithy quality reminiscent of grapefruit.

    mojo risin is a decent option if you're looking for straight up grapefruit as opposed to my personal favorites, mongo and enjoy by, which also have some tropical notes

    I read through all of the replies and couldn't believe this one hadn't been mentioned yet. I was going to offer it up and then there it was... the very last one in the current thread. Gumballhead has my vote.

    NN has a lot more tropical than grapefruit.

    No doubt Smutty Finest Kind is THE grapefruit bomb.
