Three 3 year old bottles of Westy 12.

I also still have a couple Bigfoot '05 left from the two cases I bought maybe 6 months after getting into craft beer when it totally blew my mind and thought it was the best beer in the world.

I lost the taste for barleywines and Belgians at least a few years ago, which is why I still have these. Saving them for a time when I would really enjoy them.

Stone Vertical Epic .02-.12.... I know the .02 is past it's prime, but I'm waiting for just the right time!

First discovered this series in 2011, and I have been obsessed since.

On a positive note, Mitch Steele gave a seminar at this year's Homebrewers Conference in Grand Rapids and he said that .07 is just coming into its own!

Working on finding the barrel aged variations!

I'm new to cellaring beer so I don't have many. Currently i would say mine would be a
    2003 Dogfish Head WWS
2009 Fullers Vintage ale. This was the beer that introduced me to the idea of cellaring in the first place. Have 2 bottles.

Not a whale per se but I'm damn proud of the 2006 Gratitude headed my way. Just one year shy of white whaleness.
