Biltmore Brewing Company?

    My brother just took his girlfriend up there and come to find out they started brewing their own beer. I didn't know this. My brother ended up buying me their pale ale (Cedric's Pale Ale). They also have a brown ale.

    Has anyone had the any of these two??? I haven't got the beer from my bro yet so I'm just curious to what to expect.

    Good or no???

    I tried them a couple years back. I think their beers are brewed by Highland Brewing.

    Haven't felt the need to try them again... but palates change; maybe I'd like them now? Don't want to influence your own enjoyment with my bad vibes. :wink:

    They are brewed by Highland, and pretty decent. I had the Cedric's Pale Ale and enjoyed it. Highland has also brewed a couple beers for the Grove Park Inn (including a pale ale recently).

    I've had the brown and thought it was pretty damn good. Good enough to get a 2nd pint instead of opting to try the pale.
    And yes, they're contract brewed by Highland which is a fantastic local brewery.
