I will be going to Wheaton tomorrow and was wondering if the Glen Ellyn Binny's is worth a stop. Also, is there any recommended stores or places to eat?

If you'll have a car, Bavarian Lodge is like 10-15 minutes from Wheaton. Anyone'll tell you that's worth a visit.
Binny's Glen Ellyn is definitely worth a stop. I would recommend continuing east on Roosevelt to Famous Liquors in Lombard. They don't have as good of a selection, but the prices are usually cheaper and they have lots of singles. Bavarian Lodge is definitely your best bet for food + beer. Another option would be to stop by Two Brothers in Warrenville. I'm rarely blown away there, but the beer is decent and they make a good burger. They might have some of their 15th anniversary stuff on tap.
I would recommend the Downers Grove Binny's. Brick house in lombard has a great selection of beers and food as well. Also if you go to Glen Ellyn Binny's, two doors down is Malloys Liquors worth the stop
