The first thing they'd have to do is change locations to somewhere that could hold more than a half-barrel system, unless brewing at least one batch every day just to have something to pour in the tasting room is something they look forward to. Still, I liked their beers and will miss them. The tasting room was a nice place to stop in at while passing through PF. Ironically I just posted a couple of reviews from notes I took this summer.
Always thought their offerings were rather uninteresting but at least they were fresh. Went a couple times during happy hour (3 to 6) for $3 pints and thought I should come here more often. Oh well, we have Slate Creek now in Coeur d'Alene to ease the pain.
