Birmingham BA Tasting?

    Would like to set up some sort of tasting in the new future with any of my local BA in the Ham who may be interested(or anyone visiting who's interested). I have a couple semi whales I've been wanting to crack into but not alone (DL and BT). I have a bday coming up on the 18th and thought it would be awesome to share sometime around then. Feel free to post here or BM me if interested.

    I travel to B'ham on a regular basis. I'll be in town that week of the 15th, but unfortunately I leave that afternoon of the 18th. I'm free during the evenings of Mon-Wed that week, I would be happy to join/contribute. I can provide a '13 Huna and perhaps some other CCB goodies if needed. I've done some tastings with xxcarpxx during my B'ham travels, the guys at Good People have been very accommodating for us.

    I like the way this is heading. I think I can do it Mon-Wed, I will just plan on being late to work the next morning. Was actually working on a KBS for Huna trade now.

    I think maybe setting it up for the 17th would be a good idea, as it's easier for me to get away during the week than on the weekend because of family outings and stuff. We will set it in stone as others join.

    Cool, just keep me posted. I have some other stuff that I can bring as well. I was just there this past week and brought a growler of Bourbon BA Jose Marti....

    Will do. I knew I should posted something about this sooner! I would have def liked to have gotten in on that tasting. Have heard nothing but good things about all CC Brews.

    If I am not traveling for work that week would love to come. Sadly at the moment I only have some KBS to bring. If there is anything besides KBS that I get local I will pick it up. Good news if I do travel really hope to pick up a 4 pack of Heady Topper. If I do travel and grab a 4 pack maybe we can do this again. I will know next week ill post once I find out. This is an awesome idea and maybe we can start a local tasting club. I do travel good bit for work and always try to pick a few nice brews we can't get in B'ham.

    Yeah, it was pretty good, not as great as some of the other BA stuff from CCB but still good none-the-less. I'll have to take a peak into my cellar when I get home and see what else I can possibly bring. I may be able to include a 2012 Marshall Zhukov and/or Moat Water as well, but I can't remember how many of those I have left.

    Sounds good to me. Would the 17th work for everyone? If so we will plan it for then and wait for others to come as well. Whatever everyone wants to bring is fine with me, the more the merrier. We will nail down an exact time as well.

    I have a few Dark Horse BBPT5 i might bring If anyone is interested in..but again, it''ll all depend if I can cut away from work....and I have 2 bdays that week..

    Heck yeah, love me some BBPT5. I just found a stash of Stone Enjoy By 4/20 in my piddly little hometown in NW Missouri, so I can bring a bottle of that as well if anyone is interested.

    The BBPTh5 is a definite want of mine. I loved the Enjoy By 4/1 so I'm def interested in the 4/20. The Marshall looks good to me too.

    I'm moving to the Ham in June and I would be up for some future events. I don't have any huge whales but if I can get some BCBS before I leave AR I will.

    Wednesday is going to be my girls sweet 16... So I'll have to miss this round...hopefully we can all meet up again.......post some pics on here for me, so you can rub in what I missed out on..

    Ahhh... Is she getting Daddy's Infinite for her birthday? Sorry to hear you won't be there.

    I'm good with whatever time, I should be done with work by 3 on Wednesday so just let me know what works best for ya'all
