Yeah the '12 I had was not carbed one iota. I had it two days after it was released. A friend came down from up there and brought it. It needed prob a few weeks or a month to carb up in the bottle. Even though it doesn't seem like the yeast ever quite got to where it was a supposed to. I've had plenty of LA beers. It was a notch above cuvée du Tomme In the carb department. It might be better if we let the bottle sit. I only had it one time from this batch. But 2011 was incredible. Not one issue there. Had it twice and it was perfect.

If you guys have any of the '12 bottles left you should try them again. The last 2 I've had were well carbonated and incredibly delicious. First two I had were nearly still, but that was soon after release. Sometimes you just need to give the yeast a chance. Look at Drie Fonteinen Doesjel. It took 3+ years for many of those bottles to carb.

I just opened a '12 and while it's not highly carbonated, it's definitely not flat. Also, it's delicious
