    At this moment I think I will have one of my Eclipse High West Rye's that I've been cellaring, but September's a long ways away so I'll probably change my mind by then.

    I have been drinking the Stone Vertical Epics for special occassions. I bought 4 bottles of each year it was put out. So I suppose that I would break out a 6/6 or 7/7.

    Not Really! hehehe...Perhaps a few Brooklyn Brewery "Black Chocolate Stouts"..or Maybe a 6er of "Ballast Point Sculpin" or "Big Eye"~all 3 top notch [IMHO] Cheers!

    for my 30th I cracked Melange No. 3. Quite delicious.

    I crack something I am aging for sure. Also something to enjoy with friends.

    I have a year old bottle of 120 Minute and a half year bottle of BCBS waiting for me come April. I around my birthday I'll head up to Founders for a day or so as well, so whatever I have there too.

    How funny last year on my birthday I also had a 2010 Abyss I had been saving, was my 31st tho. This year im thinking 2013 Black Tuesday or BA Biscotti Break.
