Nothing Gold is being released on Thursday - the day I arrive in Portland. Hooray me! For the veterans, do I need to scoop cans Thursday afternoon when I land, or can I still get em Friday or Saturday? Thanks

I'd go Thursday. Are you flying into Portland? If so your minutes away so just get it out of the way.

Sorry for another question( I’m happy to provide info on vt brewery’s) I’ll be in wells next week, what should I expect for lines mid week? I could go any day which day be the best line/crowd wise? Also if anyone is interested in a trade for vt stuff hit me up

Midweek should have little-or-no lines. I'd go Thursday as you'll have a chance to get the Tuesday offering as well. There will be some kind of line at opening, but it should thin out rather quickly.

OK, newbie here to Bissell releases, as this is our first trip to Portland the week of 7/1. Looks like Nothing Gold release is scheduled for Tuesday, 7/3. What can I expect regarding lines that day? Would I be ok stopping by anytime that day, or should I plan to be there at opening? Is there a separate entrance/line for release purchases. Thanks for any info.

Flying in to Portland tomorrow. Odds that today’s Substance Cans last through tomorrow?

They have Substance every day. A day that just says Substance on their calendar means that nothing else is releasing that day (but could be leftovers from day before). The answer to can availability is probably that it varies from day to day and earlier is always safer (or come back the next day for Subby if it sells out).

Awesome, thanks! What are the typical limits on Subby?

I'm no expert as I don't live in Portland (brother-in-law does) but it has always seemed dynamic to me adjusting based on what else is available and how busy a day that they expect. In my visits, somewhere between 2 and 4 4 packs is "typical".

It seems that they usually release 60ish cases of substance on days when they release other styles of beer. Are there increased case counts on Substance for substance only days?

Subby case counts are always variable, but we try to do roughly 60 - 80 each day of the week...

With Tuesdays open now, we are still learning how that will all work given that that is an extra "Substance-only" day each week. Thanks for your support and patience!

Thanks - can we agree on a case of Subby per person this Tuesday?:rofl:

Probably somewhere between two and four 4-packs per person this upcoming Tuesday...
