    just did a couple hours yard work opened a Bitter Brewer and i think this years batch is stellar what a great brew with so much flavor @ 4% ABV in my fridge as long as it is out(brewed) this season

    The biggest smile crossed my face as soon as the first sip hit my lips. This has always been one of my favorites, and this year's batch totally reinforced that.

    Can't wait to tap this one up as per usual.

    Bitter Brewer makes me wish more brewers had the skill to make a top-shelf session beer.

    Didn't love it the first time I had it a couple years back. Tried one today with a more refined and experienced palette...it's amazing!

    'Tis a good one even with the 'session' market being flooded as of late. Ran across some old Growlers caps of Bitter Brewer the other night, circa 2007.

    Fun Fact, original winner for the name by fan vote was 'Hoppin' Mad' but it was already taken by another brewery.

    If I could drink any Surly everyday this would be neck and neck with Abrasive. Quality goods. Look forward to it every year.
