Bitter Valentine is supposed to hit the area sometime this week, but the Whole Foods near me had no idea that was happening, and the Total Wine in Fairfax had never heard of the beer. So, my hopes aren't high. Does anybody know for sure where this will be available?

Hop and Wine has it in. It'll be available at Ricks on Wednesday. Gonna be another limited run like the first bottling. Get ready to scramble. BV is a super solid beer.

Can anyone update when/if they see and purchase it today? Thanks!

I got tired of waiting for the news on when my local stores would get it (some told me they weren't getting more till next valentines day lol) so I just went to the brewery. They had what looked like fifteen cases left but everyone that was walking in was grabbing at least a couple at a time.

A lot of times they do that on purpose so that they don't drive traffic away from the stores near them. If you go to CCB in tampa you can also get their bottles cheaper at the Whole Foods around the corner.

Couldn't they just sell it for the same amount then? I can understand not undercutting but damn....

Again, then people would just head to the brewery instead of going to the store close to them. It didn't make sense to me either till someone explained to me how the CCB beer at the WF around the corner from the brewery would never get sold if the price wasn't less than the brewery. You can still go to the brewery to get growlers and have a few but the bottles from what I understand if they distribute and there's a store close to there, they'll be cheaper at that store.
