I HATE summit hops (sorry , don't mean to offend but all I get are onions). I have a Black IPA recipe that calls for 1oz of Summit at 60 minutes. Is there anything I can substitute it with? I have Magnum that I usually use for 60 minute or Belma. Would that work?

I would go with the Magnum.

I have used belma for bittering too. Or magnum.

Use anything you don't find offensive. With a typical IPA hop schedule (significant late hops), I don't think you're going to notice much flavor contribution from your 60 minute addition. In any event, Magnum is nice and neutral.
