Black Butte Clone

    Not sure if this was a typo or what... But its Galena hops.
    I see them at my LHBS all the time and they are fairly easy to get.
    But Nugget should work.

    Just an FYI if you go back and brew it again sometime.

    I did not use the notes from their site; however, from a book at the LHBS that had clone recipes for brews in it...

    Hmmm, it looks like they've changed things since that post was made. It formerly listed "Chocolate Wheat" rather than separate "Chocolate Malt" and "Wheat Malt". I wonder if they actually made a change to their recipe, or just caught an error on their homebrew recipe. Not that I think it would make a big difference, if the SRM's were the same.

    They still list Chocolate Wheat for the Anniversary Black Butte, though.
