Replying to a very old thread here, but wanted to let people know that Deschutes donated two bottles of XXII for a charity auction here in Portland. 100% of proceeds go to a program that helps Portland area youths get off the street. Look at http://brews.newavenues.org/ for details. One bottle is going to be auctioned off live as part of a verticle (XX - XXIV). The other is going to be at the silent auction. Or at least that's what I've heard from one of the organizers.

I've heard that very few bottles of XXII were produced. Most of them went to reps prior to the beer being pulled from all distribution. Since then, Deschutes has given out a very small number of bottles at events in their markets. I doubt there are more than 100 or so available and out of those, likely only a couple that are still around. Of course, Deschutes still has kegs of XXII, so there's nothing saying they haven't bottled a few more here and there as needed.
