Don't get your hopes up for it showing up anytime in the next week or so in Austin.

 

Any specific reason why? Seems like its out in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. Distributor issue?

 

Cases of Black Butte XXVI, Mirror Mirror, and Not the Stoic on the floor at the Specs in Clear Lake.

 

They are are too expensive for beers that the brewer claims won't be at their best for another 6 months. I'm fine with that at $12, but 33% more for a beer they're already cutting off 6 months of warehouse occupation costs...that's just greedy at this point. This is approaching the ridiculous pricing level of Twisted X Senor Viejo.

 

Glad it wasn't a diacetyl joke.

Different distributor for Austin than other cities. And that is the reason they have it and we don't....but I do not know if we will see it or not at this point.

Just had a XXV a few days ago and it was pretty awesome.
