Black Friday BCBS Snifter Information

    I've been seeing a ton of ISO's for this glass and just consider this to be a FYI. It looks as though these glasses are going to be a fairly rare piece of glassware, at least for the meantime. Only those attending tomorrow's tastings at the Clybourn brewpub are receiving one as part of the admission price and they aren't for sale to the general public. GI didn't even receive their full shipment due to Hurricane Sandy and attendees for the last two tastings that were added will be waiting to receive their snifters at a later date.​

    Sorry, no. However, if they do become more readily available in the future (sold through the brewpub, etc.) I'll be happy to help you out.

    I was able to purchase a ticket for the 2 pm tasting under the condition that I give up the glass to the original ticket holder. If anyone has an extra snifter, please message me. I'll do my best to make it worth your while.

    man, I keep coming back and looking at that picture. I'd send someone a 2011 Bourbon County Coffee in exchange for one of those glasses.

    TWICE IT IS! :slight_smile: They're really nice glasses. I just thought that GI would simply make them an online item to those who enjoy their beer. I mean come on, every other brewery does it. Whats the big deal right? I mean with bed fellows like InBev its not like they don't have the money.

    Goose Island doesn't have an online store. You can only get items at their brewpubs.

    Wow those are fantastic looking.... def ISO... hopefully they will have more for sale at the brewpubs at some point and will accept phone orders

    Weird personal observation. Whenever I see BCS, my brain adds an "r" to the name, making it "Bourbon Country Stout" instead of "Bourbon County..." I didn't realize that until I tried searching for "Country..." and nothing came up. Hahaha.
