Black Friday Bourbon County: Orlando

Lueken's over on the west coast of FL just posted on facebook some info about their allotment/release. They seem to have enough to possibly support selling some of it online at a later date. That sounds like a huge allotment or they are underestimating the demand.

Sounds like Orlando isn't the only market getting a good allotment.

These bottles go on sale for retail purchase at 9AM at Shamrock Beverage & Liquors:

Goose Island and City Beverages will be offering complimentary coffee, donuts from Donut King, and live music starting at 7AM in The Public House Beer Garden! Between Shamrocks and TW getting a ton, people should have plenty of options. TW is opening an hour before, who's gonna try to do the back to back.

 

I don't think both is possible. TW Colonial will be the place to be and trying to squeeze in line at Shamrock's wont work.

Better chance of seeing retail at TW over a small shop.I'm just basing that on how they price the usual beer I buy. Limits will be 1pp for each variant and a bit higher for reg - unless some shop has no line, then I'm sure they'll be more liberal with the limit.

From what I've heard, the East Colonial location will have more than a case of Rare (along with all the others in solid quantity.)

sounds like they are getting Reg/Coffee/Barleywine - they have Wayne Densch as GI distro which is unique to that location.

 

So it sounds like TW 50 will have more than Millenia? Anyone know what time they're opening?

based on past experience, sources are sometimes wrong so don't take my info as perfect. The trip to TW colonial might be a better option if you are after a variant or two.

 

I would suggest just calling the store on Thursday and see what they have.

I don't think there is a WOB anywhere that puts on less interesting events. Once in a blue moon they do something great but seems like it's been forever.
