    Hi all,
Just moved to Houston and I’m in search of where I need to go early morning on black Friday to get bourbon county and the variants.

Which stores are the typical ones that get the allocations in the Houston area? And what’s the typical morning line up begin? In Oregon, I was use to a 7am line up for a 10am release.

    thanks!

For the most complete set, probably still Specs on Smith Street. Not sure what the line is like now the past few years. I have had good luck getting the most common variants at Total Wine. The past 2 years I showed up about 10 minutes before they opened, in 2019 there were 5 people, last year I was second in line. Some of the more beer centric HEB's will have most variants.

I got to the one at Willowbrook, but think most get the same selection

Welcome to Houston. Spec's downtown has the best selection but also the highest turnout. D&Q is a great bottle shop in the montrose area.

HEB on Babcock and huebner in San Antonio had at least 4 types of bourbon county brand stouts. I'm not sure exactly what the full list looks like, or whether they had them all. I bought several bottles, as my gf is nuts for imperial stouts (nice problem to have, eh?)
