Black Friday Fort Worth-bcbs

I know a ton of places are supposed to be getting it in but so far I haven't seen any of those places advertising it on Twitter or FB so no idea if they are tapping their kegs tomorrow or saving them for later.

 

Specs is getting it, so is Lonestar if you're willing to drive out of Fort Worth a bit. The Central Market in Dallas is getting it, I'm sure the one in Fort Worth is too.

 

You think that CM will have it first thing in the morning? 9am? LSB announced for noon, one bottle only though...

 

Specs told me they'd have it when they opened, to the best of my knowledge the same is true for Central Market. No word about the bottle limit there though. I'm hoping, personally, to snag as many as 6, depending on the price.

 

6 would be glorious... Tough call, go to specs or CM first? What time does each open?

 

Personally I'm going to specs first because I somehow imagine that the rush to get it there will be bigger than to get it from CM. I have a feeling they'll run out faster. My run will be Specs -> Total Wine -> WFM -> CM -> Goody Goody -> Lonestar. If everyone has a 1 bottle limit, I'll need to hit them all up to get my 6. Total Wine didn't have a limit on Abyss because their staff is annoyed to have to go in the back every five minutes, so maybe they won't have a limit on this either. I'm leaving Lonestar until last because I'd prefer not to make the half hour drive, and they aren't making theirs available until noon. Specs opens at 10, CM at 8. Maybe I'll stop at CM first. Whole Foods is open at 8 too. Hmmm...

 

Limiting to a single bottle? wtf.

 

Yea I'm hitting the 75 corridor as well, think I'll leave the wifey at northpark... Actually might be more advantageous to drag her along...

Meh, we'll be alright, plus the variants potential release, whenever, will keeps the folks at bay... After all for good beer there are several "Black Fridays" a year

 

With Abyss and the Rodenbachs, there was one earlier this week haha. Time for me to sleep though, must get up early to wait outside Whole Foods tomorrow...

 

Central market lovers is now out of bcbs, whole foods park lane didn't get any yet. Cm Preston didn't get any.

You know how this goes, but I was told Fort Worth is getting bcbs next week. I forget the guy's name, but the beer guy at Specs Bryant Irvin.
