    My cousin rubbing it in again from Vegas.. he just counted about 50 4 packs at his local Total Wine. Vegas people don't have time to chase good beer. They are enjoying gambling and BMC.

    Anybody laid eyes on anymore Abyss in Houston? San Antonio (I have family there)? That's the one I want to get.

    If 2013 Abyss but Houston then you and me both missed it. I'm pretty sure we have not gotten it yet.

    Houston has not gotten Abyss yet but Dallas did.. Here is what I picked up at Beer and Wine World in Mansfield over Thanksgiving..

    So I just called the Friendswood, Bay Area, and League City HEBs, and was finally pointed to an email address of the beer guy at League City. He told me "you will not find the BCBS south of the Beltway in HEB for sure (and most likely any other big box retailer). We have a different distributor than the folks in Houston and our distributor didn't really get any. "
    Doesn't seem hopeful. :slight_frown:

    Dude, Caractere Rouge is fucking amazing. Even at ~$20/bottle. I bought two, and really wish it were available in larger quantities.

    I dont even want to crack my bottle because once I do I know I will have to order a case from etregourmet.I will wait for a small bottleshare or some get together to open it.

    Have you tried the 2011 Vintage yet?

    why do you have to order from etre? there are 7 cases at specs downtown on the floor.

    I'm slightly annoyed that none of the new Rodenbach releases have made it to ATX yet. Picked up some in DFW a week or two ago, but want moar.

    I had one of the vintages recently, but not sure whether it was 2010 or 2011. In either case, it was super fucking good, and the Rouge is even better.
