I'm supposed to fly out of MKE at 5pm tomorrow, a pre-flight trip to Black Husky might be necessary.

Looks like there will be somewhere between 100-200 bottles of each available. These bad boys were barreled up in Pembine long before the MKE brewery plans came to fruition, hence the very limited amount. 1 bottle each hopefully allows as many people as possible to get their hands on these beers!

Anyone think bottles will last to 5pm?

With only 100-200 of each, I'd say 50-50. Almost certainly all gone by 6:00 PM.

It's hard to say since this is their first limited bottle release.

they had a barrell aged stout a few years ago, but that actually hit a few stores around milwaukee. Think I recall them only having one barrell.

Sitting at the brewery tonight I was surprised with a few ounces of BA Twelve Dog. It's solid, and ready to be drank immediately. The barrel is present, but not overpowering. Not too sweet like so many other BA stouts that I've had lately. Nice body, decent carbonation, bit of berry and chocolate as it warms.

In line now at 2:45 at Black Husky. LONG line. No way these bottles are making it to 5:00. If the rumors of <200 bottles of each are true, I wouldn't be shocked to see people in line turned away.

Hard to say for certain but I'd guess if you aren't already in line you aren't getting any as of 3:18.

It changes from day to day, depending on what's ready to bottle.

BH is closed today, but as of last night there were limited bottles of Sproose, Pale Ale, Citra Pale, Harvel the Marvel (Strong American Wheat Ale w/ Honey), Oatmeal Milk Stout, and cellar-aged (not barrel-aged) Harold the Red. Those bottles will probably sell out over the weekend but there will be more coming next week.

Has anyone cracked open one of the Rye Barrel Headbutters yet? Not seeing any reviews anywhere and wondering what people's thoughts are.

Drank a BA 12 Dog this weekend and have to say it blew way past all my expectations. It even topped the BA Expo I had the next night. Everything about it dances in a perfect harmony of 'just right.'

The barrel on headbutter is deliciously present, but not overpowering. The body gets a little weak in the backbone, but the forward flavors make up for it in spades.

Slight correction: Available in bottles but will NOT be making an appearance on tap. It's not a huge batch and much of it is destined for some empty bourbon barrels...

Stopped in here a couple of weeks ago. Brought my pup, lots of them were there. Very friendly staff, great hoppy beers. Wish the space was a bit bigger, but hopefully they continue to grow. Can't wait to get back in the summer when it gets opened up with the doors and the front yard.
