Black I.P.A. recipe critique

    How does this look to you guys? And yes, it is carafa III "Special".

    I'm especially interested in what you all think of the hop schedule. I have on hand:
    1 1/2 Lb of CTZ
    3+ lbs. of homegrown cascades plus more wet on the vine
    4 oz. of nugget
    1 lb. of chinook

    What would you do?
    Feel free to re-write my entire recipe
