What time did that place become unmaneuverable at? I showed up at ~730pm and it was very full. Im surprised it wasnt at capacity. The poor waitresses didnt seem too happy . Did any kegs kick particularly early? What seemed to be a crowd favorite? also- did anyone else notice a pungent acrid burnt stench for the majority of the time? p-u.

Yea. I should have predicted it. Glad there are plenty more "parties" upcoming.

It was nuts. There was a wait to get in around 6. I left early about 10 because it was just too damn loud! The bartenders had trouble hearing and kept messing up my drink order, but I couldn't really complain because everything on was amazing!

I got there at 5:50 and the place seemed almost to capacity and I thought I was beating the rush. Line started forming at about 6:15 ish. They announced Wide Awake kicked at 6:45 but then "found" a second keg I guess? I left around 8 and hadn't heard of anything else kicking.

    Love that chocolate rain

Hard to complain about anything. They got slammed, handled it the best they could, and then things settled down. And the only thing I smelled was epicness. Awesome time, people, beers, and those DFH ribs and sauce. Damn.

Thanks to everyone who came out.

I showed up at 5:30 and walked right in. No doubt it was crowded, but that is to be expected. The lay out of Olde Magoun is tough because there isn't a ton of space right by the bar, but it made for a friendly experience.

Wide Awake It's Morning was the clear standout for me. Also enjoyed the Due South Peppermint Paddy. It's hard to do a good mint beer, I think.

We got there about 5:30, and looked like we got one of the last tables. We ate dinner, then commenced to enjoying Wide Awake It's Morning. We left at about 730, so others could get in. It was super loud and busy, but they handled it about as well as they could. Enjoyed it.

Got the last seat at the bar at 5:25 or so. Man, that Chocolate Rain is dangerous. But so good.

Arrived just about 7:15, couldn't get in until 8. But once we got in, my wife and I managed to get a table right away, and the waitresses were quite good about keeping our glasses filled. Must agree that the Wide Awake It's Morning was the standout of the menu from the 5-6 beers I tried. Thanks to Olde Magoun's for hosting, and thanks to the Bros for organizing the evening. Met some very cool people and had a great time.
