black magick variants

One if my regular trading partners I guess is in talks about getting a bourbon vanilla DL for the whole set

I traded a Cherry Rye and a KRE for all three Black Magick variants. Worth every penny.

 

These beers are pretty f-in great so whatever you are paying is good. I got 2 sets and probably will not trade them. I tasted one the other night and was blown away.

 

Not trying to hijack your thread but didnt want to repost when it was on the first page.. Cognac BA DL de muerte worth about how many of the voodoo variants? New to the trade forums

 

Not a full set. I personally wouldn't even want the muerte, but when my tasting group was in search of a BVDL, the entire set of 7 bottles would've been muerte+. Just depends. We'll be opening these soon, and from what I've heard they're incredible, so I suspect a lot of ppl are just hanging onto them. My personal BM set ain't going anywhere except my stomach.

 

I traded 1 of each plus 2 of the BBVD variants for King Henry, Huna, 2 Jackie O's beers, 3 Sleeping with Shaggy's and 2 other beers I can think of right now. Second trade was 1 of each BM varient plus 1 BBVD variant for a whole load of HF stuff. 3rd trade was 1 of each BM varient for a Rare.

 

If you bought the entire alotment from the brewery it cost $148.

 

is the complete set 7 bottles?

 

12 bottles total. 8 12oz Black Magick variants, 1 Grand Met, 3 Big Black Voodoo Daddy variants.

3 PVW black magick, 3 Buffalo Trace BM, 2 Laird's Apple brandy BM
1 PVW Big Black Voodoo Daddy, 1 Buffalo Trace BBVD, 1 Laird's Apple Brandy BBVD
1 Laird's Apple Brandy Grand Met

 

BBVD and Grand Met are 750's

 

maybe I should clarify, 1 of each variant is what I meant.

 

At blue dog it was limit 1 of each bottle, except the apple laird bbvd, that was unlimited.
