Ugh. Wish we could get some black note firkin here in Kalamazoo

 

What's the over/under on how long it'll take to kick?

 

maybe an hour? Ppl here said it would get kicked at Slow's BBQ on Tigers opening day in 15-20 min, but I was there from Open @ 10am until about 1pm and the keg was still going when I left.

 

45 minutes....and I will take the under

The keg at Slow's lasted until the next day.

 

Holy smokes...Wish I would have known, I would have went back the next day and had a couple more LOL

 

Same here. I know they had a keg at Uptown back in March, and I think it lasted 8 minutes.

 

That one lasted something like 12min. But everyone I saw that wanted a glass got one. Damn that is a tasty brew.

 

I can still taste it on my lips....LOL

Hoping I get a couple tonight, but I'll be happy with one

 

I've only had it at the Winterbeer fest, and while waiting in line at KBS Day. Would like to give it another chance.

 

still irked at bell's for this being the superelusive hypebeast of a beer for the entire time i lived in MI, now it's everywhere.

 

Is anybody going up there? I'm stuck at work but might be able to get out of here right around when Black Note is tapped. I'm sure it will be really busy.

It's not busy at all guys....come on up even if it's later. Less ppl than at Slows, so I'm guessing the BN will be flowing for longer than expected

 

There is about 50 ppl here max

 

Had a few BN's. Probably only about 15 ppl drinking it, so its safe to say it will be there tomorrow.
After slows, then today? I could get used to this lol. Plenty to go around

 

I had a few. Didn't seem to be many people drinking it. Bar was moderately busy for a week night, but most people were there for the wings (drinking coronas lol). I agree that it's safe to say BN will still be at Conors tomorrow.

 

That's awesome! I wasn't able to make it tonight (considered trying to make a run for it now, but there's too much beer in me to drive), but I might swing by tomorrow to see...
