Might as well let the cat out the bag. Eight bucks for a 13.5 pour at One Eyed Betty's. This beer has been my "white whale" for a long time, especially frustrating being in Michigan. Wanted to be a true Beer Advocate for others in the area. Don't know how long it will last.
Thanks for the heads up! It's been around SE Mich a lot lately, so I give kudos to Bells distributing. I think the best was 10oz for $5 at Forans last week.
A damn fine beer...caught it a couple months back at some no name place in Ann Arbor east side that had it for a tap takeover and it hung around for like a week or something.
Of course they ran out before I could get there. Blacknote is starting to become that elusive beer for me. Had it once at winter beerfest, but have managed to just miss it now several times now. Just looking to sitting down and enjoying a glass of it at some point. Settling for Expedition instead. I did grab some Backwoods Bastard today though.
