Black Note in Florida

Did any Black Note actually see distribution south of Orlando?

 

I haven't heard of any in Tampa yet. Supposedly JJ Taylor is holding it hostage. I had a bottle of this years and traded away the other 3, so I guess that may be about the best I'm going to do this year.

 

Black note did make it to Orlando. I was told by a friend of mine it made it to TW on Thursday of last week and sold out in 3 hours. 4 pack for $25.

 

Just picked up 3 at Leukens in Dunedin, they got 1 case

 

So basically, they took all the Black Note that was supposed to go to southeast FL and distributed it to the rest of FL.

 

What was the damage to the wallet?

 

$6.99 per 12oz bottle.

Black Note did make it to Big C and Knightly on OBT. All gone though.

Any word on if BA9K will make it here?

 

BA9K made it in keg form and so did Black Note (keg form), but no BA9K in bottles, that was brewery only.

 

Wow Luekens told me earlier that they won't get it til Friday. I feel cheated lol

 

Damn, that sucks, SoFla got no Black Note love, but on the other hand I did get to try BA 9K, goddamn that was a beaut.

 

I dont think Black Note or Hopslam are down here. Or maybe I am not looking in the right places.

 

Hopslam is but in extremely small quantities. Black Note I don't think so.

 

Yeah, I got to try BA9K a couple different times, which was nice, but Orlando and Tampa had more Bells tap takeovers than us too. Bells must not have a great relationship with the Broward-Dade distributor.

 

Haha with all the CCB releases you guys have been privy to last year, I'd argue that we'd need it down here more than y'all.

 

I'm actually thinking (hoping?) we was kidding.
