Struck out! apparently it was gone in 30 minutes

 

got 4 bottles total, but two are going to a friend who struck out.

I don't know how that really happened since its a photo of Bells beer in front of Three Floyd's in Indiana. That looks like the entire allotment for Indiana. The only thing that would make sense is that was the Distributor and he had the Black Note and stopped to pick something up at FFF.

Maybe a distributor that just wanted to rattle some chains!

 

Limit at Bell's was one case per visit...

I'm not sure why that pisses you off? Shoot him a message, set up a trade. Spend roughly the same amount per bottle + you'll be hooking up a BA with some MN goodies. It's a win-win.

 

I agree! Who cares. If I went to Bells with my wife, I'd have 2 cases and if we stayed the night, we'd have 4. Munster is not that far from Bells, what a few hours?

Scored the last bottle at South Lyndale Liquors tonight. It's kind of sad that I was that happy to get just one single bottle. The only quandary now is when to drink it.

 

In hindsight - Jealous would've been a more appropriate word.
I had to make a hundred phone calls to get the 8 total that I found (1 bottle at a time).
Luckily my wife got some for me by her work as well.
